Custom pickguard

We collaborated with the wonderful Dave of Woody's Music in Brighton to create a custom pickguard for a unique Burns King Cobra Guitar. The original pickguard was broken and parts were missing, and even though Dave had looked online for an identical one, he couldn't track one down, so he asked us if we could create a one-off custom pickguard to give the restoration a far more unified / professional look.

Custom controls & Bare Knuckle pickups

David Hardwick, owner of Woody's Music shop in Brighton wanted to simplify the controls to two split pin tone / volume pots. Because laser cutting gives us the chance to make a replacement pickguard exactly as the customer wants, we made the new tortoiseshell version with just two pot holes, gave them slightly more space to breathe and made room for upgraded Bare Knuckle humbucker chrome pickups, it's a much cleaner, more player friendly look and feel.

Dave did an awesome job restoring this old Burns King Cobra, and bringing it back to life, she's fresh and ready for action.
